Brand new customised replacement JK-RC Oil shock absorbers - CNC machined for precision, anodised for durability, aluminium bodied oil damper kits for various off-road Tamiya models - please make your selection from the drop down menu and add this listing to your watch list for future use.

Our shock sets are supplied pre-filled with oil & ready to fit & use, as shown in the first picture for each model (except custom sets), including any necessary screws / fittings as required for each particular model (not all sets need replacement screws/fittings). Please take care not to overtighten screws as this may damage your car.

 For shocks that are mounted to metal 'U' brackets, the brackets may need to be opened out very slightly to accommodate the fitting on the shock.

Full set of four thread adjustable, pre-filled oil shock absorbers.

Supplied with four replacement screws for the lower mounting points and four replacement screws (with nuts) for the upper mounting points.

You can continue to use the inner lower mounting points as per the instructions. Please note that these are likely to be firmer than the friction shocks.

Bear Hawk JKRC9918

Full set of four thread adjustable, pre-filled oil shock absorbers.

Supplied with eight replacement screws.

Please the outer holes for the the lower shock mounting points to retain a virtually identical ride height to using the original (slightly shorter) shocks.

Blackfoot (original or re-release version) JKRC9934

Full set of four thread adjustable, pre-filled oil shock absorbers (now using 80mm hole to hole length front & rear).

Full set of four thread adjustable, pre-filled oil shock absorbers.

Reuse all of your car's existing fittings except the small brass tubes. At the front lower mounting points, use the 2nd hole in from the outside. This shock set will lower you ride height slightly (by approximately 3-4mm).

Additional Notes:

Each shock set has been customised to suit each particular model in the drop-down menu. Please make an allowance for the unlikely possibility of 1/ minor differences from one shock to another (mainly the shade of the main colour) 2/ the fittings supplied may be a different colour to those shown (nuts, screws, balls etc) 3/ light surface marks from the manufacturing/modification process 4/ slight residue oil from the filling process.

If left unused for a period of time shocks can sometimes stick slightly, they will quickly free up again with a few compressions.

None of these shock absorbers are suitable for use with any QD (Quick Drive) or comical versions unless otherwise stated.

Any cars / chassis's / wheels / tyres etc or other background items are not included and are for display purposes only.

None of these shock sets are identical to the original model's shocks!
