You can redirect your delivery for free to a UPS Access Point location if you aren't going to be in. You will then receive an email and/or SMS once it is ready to collect. Some businesses that serve as UPS Access Point locations are closing or adjusting their operations. The UPS Global Locator is updated in real-time to reflect the nearest available active locations. Please note that local regulations may require the wearing of a face mask or other face covering when entering a UPS Access Point® location. Please note that UPS Access Point service is not available for larger items (please contact us if you would like to know if your purchase is eligible for this service).

We highly recommend that you sign up to UPS My Choice which is a free membership program that allows you to gain more visibility and control over your deliveries with UPS as well as personalising your delivery experiences. Please ensure that you sign up with the same email address that you used to place your order with.

If you think that your item has been damaged during delivery, please make sure to contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Any damage reported after this period won't be considered as transit damage. Please contact our customer service team via eBay message or via the "Contact Seller" link to report any damage.

Once your item has been dispatched, the UPS tracking number will be loaded to your order to enable you to track your order.

At BLACK+DECKER we want to make sure all our buyers are happy with the items & service they have received from us. However, we understand that there may be times where you need to return your item/s and we will aim to make this process as quick and as easy as possible for you. If you decide that your purchase is no longer needed it must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused & in its original packaging. Unless you are returning your item for guarantee purposes, if these requirements aren't met, then we may need to raise a case with eBay. 

We offer FREE 30 day returns on all purchases. To arrange a return please contact our friendly Customer Service team via eBay message or via the "Contact Seller" link above. They will be happy to assist you further, as well as supply you with a free pre-paid returns label. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1 business day. Please wait for us to accept your returns request before returning the item/s to us, as we are unable to reimburse postal charges if you send the item back yourself without contacting us directly first. Once the item has been received in our warehouse, a refund will be issued within 2 business days to your original payment method. In most cases, you will receive your money back within 3-5 business days of the refund being issued. However, sometimes it may take up to 30 days depending on the payment method you have used. 

BLACK+DECKER is confident of the quality of its refurbished products and offers an outstanding guarantee for users of the product. This guarantee statement is in addition to, and in no way prejudices your contractual rights. The guarantee is valid against all eligible refurbished items that are purchased and used in the United Kingdom. 

If your BLACK+DECKER refurbished product becomes defective due to faulty materials or lack of conformity within 12 months from the date of delivery, BLACK+DECKER guarantees to repair products, replace all defective parts, subjected to fair wear and tear, to make sure of the minimum inconvenience to the buyer, unless:

            - The product has not been used for trade, professional or hire purposes.

            - The product has been subject to misuse or neglect.

            - The product has sustained damage through foreign objects, substances or accidents.

The guarantee is not valid against accidental damage, cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear. This guarantee complies with all applicable laws and does not affect your consumer statutory rights.

You are eligible for a full refund if your item has become defective within 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days, you will be offered a repair(1) or replacement product(2) only. 

(1)  A repair of the eligible item with new or refurbished parts for 12 months following the delivery of the eligible item at no additional charge to the buyer.

(2)  A replacement of the eligible item entirely, either with a new or refurbished item, of either the same or better specification, at no additional charge to the buyer.

If stock is unavailable, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
