Very Good Condition for his Age! Working.

The instrument is made at the factory in a very small edition, and even in our area it is very difficult to find similar ones.  A rare collector's item.  I tried to cut paper with him and, at your request, I will throw off the link to a short review on YouTube.  A working tool with sharp rollers, but it turned out to be a little inconvenient to use it myself, perhaps more experience is needed.  I sell it as an item for your collection of rare, vintage, Soviet hand tools.
