Use this hinge to insert glass to create a free-swinging glass door. This pivot hinge requires no drilling of the glass and is simple to install. With strike plates With metal screws Set includes: 2x Hinges (L&R), 2x bushings, 2x plates, 4x screws Features: Use on inset doors only Pressure screws will hold 1/4" (6mm) thick glass securely in the hinge. For glass thickness: 3/16" (5mm) - 1/4" (6mm) Requires an 11/32" (9mm) hole for pivot bushing Requires Magnetic catch/Magnastrike No-bore features using pressure plate and screw! Installation: 1. Locate bushing centers. The hole is to be located at 12mm approx (15/32") from inside of cabinet face. The amount of inset is optional. The hole diameter is 9mm by 10mm deep. (11/32" (9mm) + dia. x 25/64" deep approx.) 2. Drill pivot bushing holes. A metric brad point drill set should be used. If this drill set is not available, drill an 11/32" (9mm) diameter hole with a fractional brad point drill. 3. Assemble cabinet. Then place hinges in bushings. Measure the vertical distance from bottom to top hinge. This is a measurement inside the hinge pieces. Deduct 2mm from this dimension for clearance. 4. Cut glass for foregoing proceeding instructions. 5. Peel the paper from pressure plates. Set pressure plates to the inside corner faces of doors. Place lower hinges into bushings. Slide door into the hinge. The door should open outward approximately 60 degrees. Place the upper hinge into bushings and slide the upper corner of the door into the hinge. Make an approximate lateral setting of the hinge on the door corner, and set one screw in each hinge. Test closing door to check side clearance from door to inside face of the cabinet. If necessary, loosen screws to make vertical adjustments so that door fits into the cabinet opening with proper side clearance.

Shipping

All international orders go through eBay's Global Shipping program. We ship the order to eBay's Global Shipping Fulfillment Center in Erlanger, Kentucky, and then they ship the order directly to you.
Returns
Item must be unused and unopened in its original packaging for full refund (value of product minus original shipping cost). Returns are not accepted for orders that are 30 or more days old. Customer is responsible for return shipping. For orders under $99, no restocking fee will apply, only original shipping cost. For orders over $100 or any other order that is returned out of its original packaging, a 10%* restocking fee will be issued. Products being returned must be shipped in original packaging and arrive in clean, re-sellable condition.
