It has been appliqued and quilted with skillful piecing of a complex pattern with all cotton material. It has a scalloped edge on all 4 sides. It is in very good condition without any stains or holes. The quilt measures 89 1/2 x 94 1/2 inches, and is pictured on a king size bed as well as a full size antique bed.
