Payment

Payment for your items must be made within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise arranged prior.  

Australian buyers? payments accepted by Paypal, direct bank deposit, personal cheque, Aust Post money order. 

(Please note: if paying with personal cheque, items will not be sent until funds clear, this can take several days.) 

If paying with bank deposit, please include your user name or item number. Without this, it may be difficult to identify your payment, which could delay shipping.  

A short email confirming that your payment has been sent, would be greatly appreciated.

Postage

Items are usually posted within 1 day of purchase and payment. 

Please allow 7-14 days delivery time, as these items are located in country West Australia, therefore take just a little longer in the post. 

Items are carefully packed to minimize damage. However, no responsibility will be held for items lost or damaged in transit.  

Registered and express post options are available if required.

Returns and Refunds

Please read item description thoroughly, as no return/refund will be granted if item is simply the wrong colour or size. 

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the items.  

If the item is damaged or faulty, please contact me immediately, and where possible, send a photo of the damage to the item. A refund or exchange will be issued if the item has a manufacturing fault or damage.  

In the event that the item you receive is not ?as described?, a full refund will be issued upon the safe return of the item.
