From the legendary Publisher who brought us TMNT, this is classic 1980s Funny Animal hijinks!  It bears certain similarities to that Teen-Mutant title, in fact... except the main character; 'Zigbone,' is not a Turtle, but a Cat.  Nor is he a Ninja... he's a drunk!  There is a big monster, too...
