This is a brand new Gear for repairing Mercedes Power seat adjusment mechanics (either side in the car), recommended for below mentioned types and years.

The OEM part usually has only their plastic gears worn out, replacing them with these super tough plastic parts will certainly lengthen the service life of the seat adjuster assembly. 3D Printed from Onyx, the go-to engineering material.
Installation:
Please check that the threaded shaft can rotate freely to prevent stripping the replacement gear. It is recommended to lubricate with grease that has no graphite content. (General purpose grease will do just fine)
You may need to press the new gear on with the nut. It may need quite a bit of force. I recommend not to use a hammer or excessive force.
This listing is for four gears, all that is needed to replace/refurbish both drives on both sides.

Please consider before buying that this is only a gear. Gears may be lubricated with Teflon grease (or similar) - Silicone grease and mineral oil based lubricants, the thicker the better.
