How to use the JiBee?

Use twice a day after or before brushing

1.     Before you start, rinse your JiBee (Tongue Cleaner / Scraper) with warm water

2.     Extend your tongue out as far as it feels comfortable

3.     Placed the curved area of your JiBee (Tongue Cleaner / Scraper) on your tongue

4.     Slowly glide the JiBee (Tongue Cleaner / Scraper) from the back of your tongue towards the tip

5.     Repeat until any coating has visibly disappeared, rinsing your JiBee (Tongue Cleaner / Scraper) after each stroke
