Delivery times are estimates given by eBay and not guaranteed by carriers (unless you paid before 1 pm for next-day Express Delivery), please do not hold us liable for delays as these services are beyond our control. Please also note that.

Royal Mail will not consider the parcel as lost until 10 working days have passed.
