BFPO commemorative cover produced for the Berlin Airlift showing an RAF Dakota.  26p gold defin cancelled with BFPS 1948 Berlin airlift postmark.  The cover has been signed by the Rt Hon George Robertson MP, who was Secretary of State for Defence at the time.  He is now Baron Robertson of Port Ellen KT GCMG PC - who was also Secretary General of NATO 1999 to 2004 (certified on reverse of 100 produced)
