PAYMENTS
- Please note that your entire order will be canceled by eBay if the oldest item exceeds 7 days without payment.
- Once an order is canceled, we are unable to re-invoice and the item will be relisted.
- For a combined shipping invoice, please send us one request within 5 days of winning the first item to avoid cancelation of your entire order.
- Once a combined invoice has been sent, we are unable to add additional items to the invoice.
SHIPPING - Local pickup is not available at this time.
- We offer combined shipping as long as items will ship safely together.
- Auctions must end within 5 days of each other to be eligible for combined shipping. Please hold off on payment until all auctions have ended then proceed to checkout.
- Please do not pay for any items individually if you wish to have them combined - they must be paid at the same time.
- Items listed for flat-rate shipping are not eligible for combined shipping.
- PO Box addresses will require USPS shipments as FedEx Ground will not deliver. If FedEx is selected we may need to invoice for additional shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS - We ship to Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, Japan, and New Zealand.
- As of 9/3/2021 Australia has suspended international mail services using Priority Mail International, Express and First-Class USPS shipping. Until these restrictions are lifted, we are unable to ship to Australia.
- We do not ship to the following locations: Africa, South America, Central America, Mexico and Asia (except Japan). Please see the comprehensive list of countries we do not ship to under the "Shipping and payments" tab.
- Please note that we cannot accept payment from Singapore due to current PayPal regulations regarding foreign charity donations.
- APO addresses will require USPS shipments as FedEx ground will not deliver. If FedEx is selected we may need to invoice for additional shipping costs.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charge. Those additional fees are the buyer's responsibility. We do not mark merchandise values below the sale price or mark items as "gifts" as US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
