The choose of the courier is at costumer discretion that he can freely indicate the courier he wants to use, the items is available at the WRS headquarters. To increase the service the WRS is a partner of the following couriers :
Express courier
The package will travel under the responsibility of the purchaser and the seller will be free from any obligation from the time of delivery to the courier.
International Shipping
We ship from Italy to european countries through express courier, delivery time is about one week. For shipping charges to other destination outside Europe, please send us an e-mail.
Warranty
The sale is assisted by guarantees for faults and defects required by law. Pursuant to Art. 53 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, if the Costumer is a consumer he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing explanations. To exercise this right, the costumer must send a written comunication within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the items. The comunication must be addressed, with previous warning, by mail. The items must be returned at the expense of the costumer within 10 days from the date of receipt of the items. We will provide to refund the full amount paid (excluding shipping costs) after having verified the integrity of the items. For written confirmation of all the contractual conditions as well as further information in the Article 53 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. READ THE LEGISLATIVE DECREE.
