Can I cancel or return my order/delivery?
We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed, once your order progresses it may be too late to cancel. However, once you’ve received your order, you can return your purchase within 14 days, provided your return is in accordance with our returns policy.
Can I change my delivery address?
Once you submit your order we get to work straight away getting it ready for you, unfortunately this means we are unable to amend the delivery address once your order is submitted with us. We only ship to address indicated in the PayPal record.
What will happen if I miss the delivery?
If our couriers can find your
address but you aren’t there, don’t stress, you will receive a post office card with
all the information you’ll need to go down to your local post office to pick up your
order at a time that suits you.
Your order will remain waiting for you at your local post office for 10 days before
being sent back to our warehouse. If your order is not collected within that time,
re-delivery charges will apply.

Under Consumer Protection Law, we
do not accept returns for "change of mind" or if you order incorrectly. However,
damages or faults will be treated on a case-by-case basis. At digiDIRECT, we are
committed to providing our customers with the best service and support.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
What if we made an error on the listing?
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact, you within 36 hours we will cancel the order.
Do digiDIRECT products come with official Australian manufacturer's warranty?
Absolutely. Warranty is 12 - 24 months (dependent upon manufacturer) back-to-base official Australian warranty (Refurbished products excepted - 6 months). We are among the few on-line suppliers with direct accounts with the Australian distributors of leading digital brands, including Canon, Nikon, Sony, Panasonic, Olympus, Pentax just to name a few. We do not Grey Import any of our products.
