The singing bowl stands 2.0 inches high and measures 3.2 inches across the rim.

New and unused.

Made in India, this sing bowl set contains the bowl, cushion and stick in a yellow box.

The bowl is decorated inside.

Singing bowls have been used in religious and shamanic practices for well over 1500 years and have been associated with Buddhism sinve the 8th century A.D. Singing bowls produce sounds which invoke a deep state of relaxation naturally assisting one in entering into meditation. In recent years singing bowls have been used in holistic healing, chakra healing, sound therapy reiki and fengshui.

The sacral chakra is the second chakra.
