So far, since this program started in January, only about 95% of these 99 cent packages are being accurately delivered, and that is with me carefully complying with the Post Office directions, AND stamping "Pictures--Do Not Bend", and "NON-MACHINABLE" on BOTH  sides of these smaller envelopes.
