Payment
I accept PayPal on completion of order for postage
orders or Cash on Collection for items collected in person.
All items to be paid within 7 days or an automated
non-payment case will be opened.
Postage
I package most of my items
in recycled household packaging to reduce waste and costs.
Items dispatched daily Monday to Friday within 24
hours of purchase.
Postage is sent Via Royal Mail 2nd Class
for letters and My Hermes Courier for large Parcels both obtain Proof of Purchase
and tracking for parcels.
Postage quoted is based on Mainland UK If a parcel
is required outside Mainland UK (Ireland/Northern
Ireland/Highland/Islands/Jersey/Guernsey) additional postage charges
apply. If in doubt, contact me before placing a bid and I will check your
postcode.
Feedback
In the event of an issue PLEASE contact me in the
first instance so that I can directly discuss options to resolve this.
Please do not leave negative or neutral feedback without first discussing what
options are available.
Feedback will be left once it has been received to
confirm you are happy with your purchase.
Please do not penalize me by leaving
negative/neutral feedback for service beyond my control such as
postage/delivery delay/loss/damage/no longer required.
Returns
Returns are accepted within
14 days if not suitable at buyers cost and cost of the item only will be
refunded.
If an item is damaged on
receipt it needs to be reported to me within 48 hours of receipt so that I can
make a claim, in this case a full refund plus postage will be issued upon
receipt of photographic evidence of the item, damage and packaging.
If the item is faulty
please contact me to discuss options on how to proceed, this will vary in most
cases.
If you have any queries or issues, please message
me through eBay messages prior to raising a case or return and the
utmost effort will be made to resolve the problem.
