General Terms and Conditions of Sale:
- Postage:
Please collect in person if you wish to save postage costs. Normally I
will post items within 72hrs after confirmed payment received.
- Payment:
Drafts, cheques and orders should be in sterling and drawn on a U.K.
bank or post office. Buyer should arrange payment so as to reach seller
as soon as possible but at least 3 days from close of auction. I may
wait for payment to clear before posting items.
- Import
Duties: International Buyers please note import duties, taxes and
charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges, which
are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's
customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior
to bidding/buying.
- Returns: Request for
returns should be reported within 7 days, and are not accepted unless
agreed in writing in advance. This sale is covered under the eBay Money
Back Guarantee. Other returns will incur a handling fee equal to the
original postage and packing cost, i.e. the item cost only will be
refunded.
- Refusal to Supply: Seller
reserves right to refuse supply of goods when; A. Buyer has eBay
feedback score of under 10, or B. Has chosen non-public disclosure of
feedback, or C. Has unverified or unconfirmed address with Paypal, or
D. Where delivery address is different from registered address with
eBay or Paypal, or E. There is good reason to believe that transaction
is fraudulent.
- Other: Goods are sold
As Is. E & O.E. Other than postage/transit covered by the eBay Money
Back Guarantee, buyer is responsible for all risks during
postage/transit including loss or damage.
