We strive to get your item packed and sent ASAP. In most cases we will have your item on it's way within 1 business day, however if your order is placed late in the afternoon, your item may not be packaged until the next day.

We offer Australia Post Parcel Post, Australia Post Express & Toll Overnight. Toll orders must include a phone number, and Toll cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Tracking will be provided on majority of orders, however for small value items it is not feasible on the cost to add tracking to items. Please be aware that for items under $30, you may need to select registered post and pay an extra free to receive a tracking number.

If there are any delays / problems with providing your order we will contact you.

Payment must be cleared and completed before any item is packaged and sent. Please pay for your item as soon as possible with a maximum of up to 72 hours of order placement.

We accept returns however we do not accept responsibility for the postage costs in certain circumstances such as change of mind or incorrectly ordered items. Please contact us through eBay with your requests & concerns for a resolution before proceeding with eBay's returns system.

LPR Toolmakers was founded in the 1980's by solo entrepreneur Len Redenbach and has been operating out of Victoria, Australia ever since. Len worked as a fitter & turner by trade for many years doing a variety of roles involving machining & engineering. Len has been around lathe & milling machines most of his life and decided to offer his strong expertise in the field to the general public and has since built a solid reputation with his business.

LPR Toolmakers is a completely family owned business which is now operated in a modern online environment by his 2 sons with Len still serving as the lead director. We operate a large webshop in both the personal website space & the eBay space you are viewing from now, and also can be found at many of the trade shows / swap meets around the state of Victoria.


While it can be challenging to remain relevant in such a competitive environment online due to Chinese, Indian & other sellers offering low & enticing prices on similar tooling, LPR still stands above the rest due to our quality, expertise & one on one genuine service and advice before & after the sale is complete.
