We will send you our invoice to your e-mail address a few days after the goods have been dispatched. The invoice is a PDF file attached to the actual email. Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find the invoice in your regular email inbox. If the invoice has not been sent to you after several days, please contact us via Ebay. We will then send you the invoice again as soon as possible.

Ordered items for which we have booked receipt of payment by 2 p.m. (Monday to Friday) will be packed and shipped by us on the same working day. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days. If there are unexpected delays in our shipping process, we would let you know.

Please understand that we have to rely on the service of external companies for shipping. In some cases, there may also be delays in delivery that go beyond the usual delivery times. This is not in our hands. We guarantee that we will hand over your ordered items to the shipping company as quickly as possible and within the promised period of time.

For delivery we use the service of DHL and DEUTSCHEN POST.

We ship most of our products free of charge. However, please refer to the relevant Ebay auction for all details on the shipping costs.

When shipping multiple items, shipping discounts can usually be granted, these are also visible in the auctions on Ebay before you buy.

Of course you can make use of your 1-month right of withdrawal. We ask you to send back your shipment with sufficient postage in a timely manner together with your Ebay data / Ebay name. Your payment will be refunded immediately after receipt and inspection of the goods.

If you have sent your goods back to us without registering a return on eBay, we will open a clarification case for the credit and refund your money directly. Please confirm this clarification case to close the case.
