- 1.How to use iOS card reader:
(1): Insert the memory card into the card reader and connect your iOS device. The device will automatically recognize the memory card and turn to the album interface.
(2): When apply to the iOS13 devices, it will not automatically turn to the album interface. You need to follow the steps below:
a. Open the " Files App " on homepage.
b. Click "Browse" button and you will find the name of the memory card.
c. Click the name of memory card, now you could process the file that in need.
Please note:
(1). When applied to iOS 9.1-12.0, It DOES NOT support the video and audio transmission, but only supports one-way transmission(import the photo to your iOS devices from the memery card).
(2). When applied to iOS 13 and above, it can support two-way transmission of video, audio and photos.
- 2.How to use the Android card reader:
Insert the memory card into the card reader, connect the Android device via the type-c interface, and check whether the LED indicator on the side of the card reader is on or not. If not, you need to manually activate the "OTG" function.
Please follow the steps below:
A. Enter the phone settings interface
B. Select 【More settings】 or 【other settings】
C. Select 【OTG】and activate it.
- 3.Attention:
(1). If the memory card is taken from a non-digital camera, the photos must be renamed in strict accordance with the file naming rules.Follow the steps below:
A. Create a new folder in the memory card which inserted in the card reader and name it as "DCIM".
B. Create a new folder in the "DCIM" folder and name it as "100D3300"
C. Save or move photos / videos in folder of "100D3300" before use!
(2). This card reader cannot directly store files from the network. It needs to be downloaded to the phone first, and then stored on the external memory card.

1) All returns must have prior authorization. Buyer can contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. All RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from their original date of issue. Returned packages MUST display RMA Number.
2) Return shipping charges are to be borne by buyer. The returned package should be repacked with everything received from us. Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
