SHIPPING

Shipping will be sent by either DHL, FedEx or EMS (Japan Post)with tracking number. 

Arrival time (3-7 days)

Your order will be shipped within 3-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

This period is necessary for special international safety packaging and documentation.

If this period is exceeded, the customer will be notified.

Products will be carefully packed and shipped immediately.

We will only ship to the registered address of your PayPal and eBay account.

Before placing an order, please make sure that the shipping address registered in your PayPal account is up-to-date.

If the item comes with batteries, we will ship it with the batteries in the unit, as they need to be inserted in the unit. (In this case, EMS will be used.)

RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted if the wrong item was shipped or if the item arrived damaged.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your purchase to return the item for a full refund.

If you wish to return an item, please send the item via DHL Will you package and ship the items carefully?

 If the condition of the returned item is different from the original, we may not be able to give you a full refund.  

After shipping, please provide me with the tracking number. We will refund your money after we receive the item and check the condition of the item.

Please write "Returned Item" on the return slip.

WARRANTY

Almost products have Japanese in its instructions or contents. Please understand that for your shopping. 

Also, when you buy Japanese electric products from us, please make sure about Japanese electronic equipment. 

The voltage and the plug vary across countries.

If you have any warranty problems, we will assist you.

Generally, the warranty is a one year standard warranty and it is valid in Japan only.

Item repairs are carried out by the manufacturers here in Japan.

If your item has a problem, you have to ship your item together with the warranty card back to us.

The item must be sent back via DHL, FedEx or EMS(USPS) or any carrier that provides tracking number.

The manufacturer will decide if the problem is covered by the warranty.

If the problem is not covered by the warranty, extra repairing fee will be charged.

The shipping cost and extra repair fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Warranty scope

Only items that have manufacture defects may be covered by the warranty.

Damage caused by dropping, self-repair, non-maintenance, water damage, or misuse is not covered by the free repair.
