Vintage Hand Painted Porcelain Delft Polychrome Canal Windmills Tile, made by Royal Mosa in Holland.  The tile measures approximately 6” inches in diameter.   No chips or cracks.  As with all vintage delft, there might be manufacturing imperfections, marks in the glaze where it sat in the kiln, etc.
