I PURCHASED INTERNATIONALLY, WILL I HAVE TO RETURN IT TO AUSTRALIA?

• In most cases, warranty claims can be processed via email with photographic or video evidence without the need to return the rod to us

HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

• As an authorised dealer ( FishingAndBoatingDeals.com™ ) we will automatically lodge your proof of purchase at the time of payment.
• Simply email us with your full name, date and method of purchase outlining the problem, how it happened with clear high-resolution photos/videos and we will take care of the rest
• Claims are generally processed within 2 to 5 working days

CAN I HAVE MY ITEM REPLACED WITH A DIFFERENT ONE?

• We replace with like products, we are unable to replace with a different model

DO YOU OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING?

• Yes we do offer combined shipping on all purchases, both auction and fixed listings
• The item with the highest shipping cost is charged first, all other items are $5 each for shipping within Australia and $10 each internationally
• For example, you purchased 3 rods going to the US, the highest shipping is $44 the shipping for all 3 would be $44+10+10 = $64
• or 8 rods to the UK, highest shipping was $48, shipping for all 8 would be $48+10+10+10+10+10+10+10=$118
• Simply messages us to let us know your bidding on multiple items and once you've finished let us know and we will send a combined invoice for all purchases and the discounted shipping

 WHAT COURIERS DO WE USE?

• We ship via express airfreight with full tracking our main carriers are DHL Express, TNT, UPS and Star Track

WHERE ARE YOUR WAREHOUSES?

• Shipping is from the warehouse location nominated in the listing.
• We have warehouses in Australia, EU and USA
• In the extremely rare event, the local warehouse is out of stock you will be notified and the item will be shipped from the next nearest warehouse all extra shipping costs to ensure it arrives in the timeframe specified in the listing  are borne by us

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

• Delivery is generally within in 1 to 5 working days 
• Fixed price listings are shipped within 1 working day of cleared payment
• Auction items are shipped within 1 - 3 working days of cleared payment 

ARE MY ITEMS INSURED?

• Yes we ship all items fully insured against damage or loss, in the rare event this occurs the item will be replaced free of charge

• We have been shipping items across the globe since 2004 and it's extremely rare with the systems we have developed during that time for an item to arrive damaged.
• However, when it does occur, we understand how frustrating that can be, simply email us with a brief outline of the problem and clear high-resolution photos, particularly noting any damage to the packaging and we will take care of the rest.

NO HASSLE RETURNS

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM WITHOUT A REASON?

• Yes just simply message us within 30 days of purchase letting us know you would like to return the item and we will provide a return authorization to ensure its quickly processed when we receive it back.
• Items must be returned excatly as shipped, unused with all swing tags and labels attached and repackaged as it was shipped to you, return shipping is paid by the buyer unless stated otherwise in the listing.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

• Refunds are processed within 2 working days of receiving the item back

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGE?

• Yes we do offer exchanges on fixed price items

CAN I EXCHANGE MY AUCTION ITEM?

• We only have a limited number of auction items as they are typically superseded models that are sold well below our cost 
• As such we are unable to offer exchange on auction items

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?

• We have been shipping items across the globe since 2004 and it's extremely rare with the systems we have developed during that time for an item to arrive damaged.

  However, when it does occur, we understand how frustrating that can be, simply email us with a brief outline of the problem and clear high-resolution photos, particularly noting any damage to the packaging and we will take care of the rest. 

• Please ensure you don't select to reduce the photo size when emailing and particularly if messaging via eBay as this generally results in us only receiving a thumbnail size image.
