If for any reason you change your mind or no longer require the item purchased, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our team to resolve any issues before leaving feedback. Please note that we don't process refunds until the item is sent back to us. As soon as we receive our item back, we will verify our secret marking and refund you asap. Buyer must CONTACT US before returning the item. Items must be returned in an original condition and packaging. All our items are securely or visibly marked and only those will be accepted back and refunded. The return posting charge is the responsibility of the buyer.
If the item is received damaged, it is very important to inform us of the damage within 24hrs of delivery. Failure to report this will prevent us from making a claim against the delivery agent. If item arrives broken, scratched, etc. which was clearly caused during postage, please inform us straightaway and send pictures of package and damaged item. We do not accept liability for any labour costs involved in the installation of the supplied part, including costs related to damage caused during the installation, usage and/or removal of the supplied part. This includes missed appointments in a workshop or fitter which may arise, if there is a delay with delivery.
Refunds:
As soon as we receive your item(s) we will inspect them and issue a refund accordingly. We aim to complete your refund within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. During busy periods it may take a bit longer to process your refund, however we will always refund you within 6 working days of receiving the returned item (as per eBay managed returns regulations).
