Main characteristics: The ability to continue to maintain its physical properties in an environment where the temperature is gradually increasing, so that it can achieve high standard results during the wave soldering process and will not be deformed. It will not cause layer separation of high-temperature nanocomposite materials (synthetic stones) in the harsh environment of 350℃ for a short time and continuous operating temperature of 260℃. This composite material board can improve the quality of PCB'A in the wave soldering process, and avoid contamination of gold fingers or contact holes due to human touch.

Applications: Insulation test fixtures, wave soldering, reflow soldering, SMT surface mount, furnace trays, furnace fixtures and other PCB and electronic industries.
