“Rugrats” was an animated TV series that aired from 1991 to 2004 on Nickelodeon and revolved around a group of toddlers -- Thomas (Tommy) Pickles, Charles (Chuckie) Finster, Kimi Finster and the twins Phillip (Phil) and Lillian (Lil) DeVille (all of whom are able to communicate with each other in baby speak).
