Delivery details

1)all packages can be tracked, Free Economic shipping to WORLDWIDE. (Except some countries and APO / FPO), free DHL Express Shiping when the purchase amount is more than 200USD.

2) Orders processed timely after the payment verification. Because of the color of each customer needs, plugs, voltage is different, our LED lighting products need to be customized, usually 1-3 working days after receipt of your payment to send your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and will do our best to keep you informed.

3) We only ship to confirmed ebay addresse. Your ebay address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.

4) The images shown may be a little difference from the actual item such as colour difference and measuring error, just for your reference.

5) SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

6) If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us , we will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

Terms of sales

1) All our products have been checked and packaged in good condition. If the item is defective, please inform us within 30 days upon receipt of item, we will replace a new one or refund if stock out (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable)

2) Buyers have to pay for the return cost and we will pay the cost for reshipping.

3) Return items include the original packaging and accessories.

4) We take up to replace or repair it for you by the manufacturer in case that the delivered item is found faulty while the shipping charges would be born by the buyer.

5) Please keep the Escrow receipt accompanied with the returned item so that we could process the replacement/repair accordingly.

Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
