In order to qualify for the lifetime warranty you need to send us the old unit (the part you are removing from your car) using a pre-paid USPS return shipping label that you will find it inside the box with the part purchased.
It is easy, just put the old part in the same box, put the prepaid USPS label on it and drop it in any post office.
