We try to provide the best customer service possible. We hand-inspect each watch and test them to make sure they are completely functional before shipping them out. We also include a no-hassle 60-day warranty on all of our watches (this warranty only covers defects in the watch movement).
Our 60-day warranty does not cover any damage from water or moisture. Neither Klawkwatches nor any manufacturer covers water damage under warranty. Use your watch in water at your own risk.

Orders are shipped daily. We generally ship items within 24 hours of receiving payment. We offer standard, Prioirty, and overnight shipping services. You can upgrade your shipping speed at checkout for the difference in shipping costs. Unless a shipping upgrade is purchased, items will generally ship as a First Class Package, the normal arrival time is 3-5 business days starting the day after the item is shipped.
We do all of our international shipping through the eBay global shipping program. We ship the item to the eBay global shipping center and they will ship the item to you. eBay determines the international shipping costs and import fees for the item based on the item weight and your location. International shipments can take between 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on your location.
