It is 16 1/2" in diameter.

It is a soft vinyl with a foam bottom. Not sure if it is a bar pad, or a sign.

It is marked Display #662 Schaefer Breweries New York and Albany, N.Y. & Cleveland, Ohio

It is in good condition showing some wear. It also has some type of green staining between the vinyl and the foam pad.
