Comic book is in acceptable condition- significant wear from age and storage.

There is staining/discoloration on the front and back covers, and pages have yellowed over time.

The binding has come loose, and several of the pages in the middle have separated from the book.

There is some pen writing in the corner of one of the pages.

Extremely rare, hard to find issue!
