This product is an amazing head unit for Audi A4 models. It is a wireless apple carplay and Android Auto system with built in Youtube app.

The Audi A1 Wireless Apple Carplay Wired Android Auto has alot to offer the user, with many useful built in appications that will make your system really do work for you, as well as offer you plenty of great options for customization within the system.

Also, please do not be misled by the eBay wording “Available” in terms of quantity, this is true to the word as the units are available at all times. Do not be confused by the word “Available” and “In physical stock” as they are different entities. 


It does state Delivery timeframe under the price displayed in the auction. Please bare in mind, this timeframe is a combination of the Postage courier service timeframe and also processing time, which is displayed in the auction. Example: 10 days processing and 1 day postage courier time equals 11 days. (Overseas delivery will be slightly longer) Please do not worry though, this is standard to cover ourselves should any postage delay occurs and items normally arrive within 7 days to us.

You may think that once you receive the item, that will be the last we care for you but we will be here for the independent 2 year warranty that comes with the item and can offer lifetime support on your item. We strive to offer you the best service unlike dealing with overseas sellers. Please be aware that you may think you are getting a bargain when purchasing overseas but the downside is that some companies that sell products to buyers purchasing a one unit order, you will not get the satisfactory service afterwards should anything go wrong. We have experience in dealing with the far east and realise that some large companies only tend to give after care service to other companies that’s in their best interests, i.e.; further orders etc. We have spoken to previous customers of ours that have horror stories and being left with faulty items and being unable to return them. All your dealings are with us in the UK. We cut out all the pitfalls that you can fall victim of when dealing with overseas vendors.



Also, don’t get stung for custom/excise fees when importing, as the sale item is sent out from the UK, you will not be charged any fees if based in the UK, it has been known for customers to pay up to £80 when importing and customs can hold onto a package without notice for random inspections which may result in the return of the parcel to sender. We pay all the duty so no need for you to worry about this. For buyers outside of the UK, please contact us for an estimate of duty charges which we base on previous customers orders and taxes paid, contact us for more info..... it not as much as you think!

For a quicker turnaround, we recommend you use Paypal or credit card which you can choose during checkout. We do not accept any other forms of payment.

 

Returns/Refunds/Damages

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have any issues or want to return a unit, please DO NOT open a dispute in PayPal or any return cases in eBay, the resolution centre is a buyers tool to use should they find a seller uncooperative and not willing to assist, we offer a returns policy on all our items and are here to assist so please do not open disputes as its not needed. Should you have a return, please email us with whatever reason it is and provide us with your email address, we will then send you a returns form which you need to fill out and send back with the unit, failure to do this may result in a parcel being returned to you or the refund process being slowed down as we would have no means of knowing who a parcel was from. Please return the item in the same condition as when received and also all parts are sent back, failure to do so will result in surcharges being applied to cover the cost of the parts not sent back. Should a unit be mistreated, we will reserve the rights to appeal the returning of the unit. This is within our rights as a dealer and conditions you have under the Consumer Rights act which run parallel to eBay policies. 
Also, its strict policy, the item has to be returned before a refund is given, a refund will not be issued first and then you send the item back. ICEBOXAUTO will also not be responsible for any postage fees in you returning the unit. Should the item have faults, we will reimburse you the full amount paid and will also furnish you with pre paid shipping labels via eBay. 

Should it be a return and no faults are found, the postage you paid initially is non refundable. Should a item be damaged, we will need pictures. Please upload pictures via eBay or to an email address we will provide

Also, where applicable, we can send parts for you to fix the problem if competent.
 From the point of receiving the product, you will have 28 days returns policy to return an item for a refund, should it go beyond then, then sadly, a refund is not a option. If you notify us of any faults within the 28 days from point of receiving, we will provide support to try and overcome the issues. Once we have provided adequate support via email, we will open the unit for a further 28 days returns from the point of our last advisory email. Should we not hear back within the 28 days from our advice, we will close the returns option and then warranty cover is only applicable after this timeframe.

 

 

Installing

 

 

It is highly recommend having a specialist fit these units if you are not trained in this field. We cannot give advice on every cars fitting of the units so please do not be disappointed if we cannot give you the correct advice on how to fit them. We are not knowledgeable to every cars fitting so we cannot afford to give advice. Please be aware, we have extensive knowledge on these units and even though they can be classed as Plug-and-Play, some units may need slight alterations so we would recommend an auto-electrician fit the units. The industry predominately only caters for basic level entry car and not cars with premium features such as navi, amplified speakers, reverse camera, Bluetooth so please check with us prior to ordering to get a consultation to ensure, the unit will work fully with your car. Failure to do so, may result in some functions of the car not working or worst case scenario, not working at all!

We advise to ask all questions before ordering to check on compatibility and any pitfalls that may arise during install. Before installing, please get the electrician to bench test the unit to save on timely and costly fees. It has been known for units to get damaged in transit, which are only ever established once they have been plugged in so we recommend getting the electrician to power the unit up on a test station before installing in the car, as there time can be quite costly. We are not liable for any installation or removal fees that occur.

 

Delivery


Delivery is normally 7-10 days within the UK and 10-14 days for overseas. Once a item has been dispatched and a tracking number is issued. Its the buyers responsibility to keep track of the item, the item should turn up within the timeframe of 1-7 days depending on location so if the parcel does not turn up in this timeframe, please email us immediately so we can start a investigation with the courier. We only have 28 days from the point of the item being dispatched to start the investigation and once beyond this timeframe, we will not be able to make a claim. Failure to contact us within the 28 days from the item being dispatched may result in you losing your money as we are not liable beyond this 28 days period. 

 

Before Purchasing

 

Before clicking on the buy it now button or submitted a best offer, please be 100% sure that you wish to purchase the item. We could lose potential customers if you order the last one and you may not wish to advance in completion of checkout. Please do not be concerned on missing out on the products as we have these units available at all times to us. We appreciate it if you could send payment to us within 3 days of purchasing. We will however give you some grace time of up to 7 days if you email us and let us know of your intentions. Sadly, failure to pay or respond to any of our emails will result in us filing for our fees back through eBay after 8 days. This will result in us opening a Non-Paying dispute which will end up with a non paying strike against your eBay username. 3 NPB alerts concluded will result in eBay suspending you.
