Decorative  Scales Of Justice 

This is not a functional piece just for decoration.

Crystal cut round bowls with 10" long metal hanging chain.

Has round prism cut glass centers surrounded with a brass color art deco top, hanging leaves, foot with a black and white marble base.

It measures approx.: 19-1/2" tall and 13-3/4" wide, bowls are 5-1/2" in diameter.

Preowned used item.  It is missing the hanging prisms from around the middle. The nut on the bottom needs to be tighten, the base spins around. There is a patina to the hanging chains on the bowls. There are chips on the rims of the marble base and a crack across the bottom of the base.
