HANDLING TIME: Most of our items are MADE TO ORDER meaning we make them when you order them. Our handling time is 3 business days. A business day is Mon-Fri. The day you order does not count toward those 3 days. For example, if you order on Monday it will not be due to ship until Thursday. You can upgrade to Priority 2-3 day mail (or faster) when you check out. We typically Cannot ship faster without moving your order up in front of many other customers' orders. To be fair we have to ship in the order they come in.
IMPORTANT! PLEASE MEASURE BEFORE ORDERING. Our time is valuable; labor, reshipping and additional materials cost $$. So Please Measure Your Wrist and Then Add 1/4 for 2-3mm beads or 1/2 inch for 4-6mm beads for comfort. 7-8mm beads we make these to fit your wrist size so measure your wrist and add nothing. We can make quarter sizes when the beads are 2-4mm and sometimes with the larger beads. Necklaces add 1/4-1/2" depending on bead size. • IMPORTANT: Measuring a Chain Bracelet or other bracelet/necklace made of different size beads than you are ordering from us will cause errors. Measure Your Wrist/Neck! • We Will Charge for additional materials for bigger sizes, etc. • We Photograph Items on a ruler Before Shipping. If you believe we have sent the wrong size, please measure the item and then contact us with a photo of it on your ruler before opening a return stating its the wrong size.
