After placing the order you will receive a notification by email. You then only pay 15% of the full amount (deposit), since this is not a mass product.
The outstanding balance is either transferred before the goods are shipped (you will receive an information email in good time when the goods arrive) or paid directly to the forwarding agent upon delivery (in this case the customer pays the cash on delivery fee of 5% at least GBP 45.00) or you pay the remaining amount directly in one of our warehouses (appointment by arrangement).
We do not produce in bulk, but "just in time" after a customer has placed an order.
After receipt of the 15% Deposit please allow 12-16 weeks production time - this is also the usual waiting time.
In the case of goods in stock (please inform yourself before completing the purchase), the goods can be picked up by appointment.
If you wish, we can deliver to your place of residence or another location of your choice. We commission a forwarding agent to send the goods. The dispatch takes place in original packaging with a forwarding agent and usually takes 1 week (depending on the place of residence and telephone availability of the customer, in exceptional cases up to 2 weeks). The delivery costs within the United Kingdom are FREE. Delivery to other European countries is also possible (the shipping time takes approx. 1 week longer). There are higher shipping costs, please inform yourself before buying. The delivery is carried out to the customer's specified address (Gates or main entrance). A two-men moving team is available upon request.
We offer a self-pickup service for the goods, but the goods can also be delivered on customer request. You can pick up your new product directly from one of our warehouses. A flat-rate outsourcing fee of GBP 0.00 will be charged. The collection takes place by appointment only.
