India Ethnic Festival Dress M Vtg 70s Block Print Border Hem Quilted Gold Paint

This ethnic, India, dress, is truly fantastic, with black, diamond, quilted, yokes, with beaded, cord ties on the bodice, and back. There's a mix of similar, coordinating, block prints, with a big sweep, and a border hem, with gold, painted details. You can feel the raised texture of the gold paint on the last few inches of the bottom, suggesting it was hand painted. WOW!
