Shipping in the US will be $22 for Priority Mail, or $15 for Standard Mail. 

Payment is expected within 3 days of the end of the auction.

We currently ship once a week, usually on Thursdays. Handling time is currently set at 5 days to reflect this, but depending on when auctions close and when payment is made we often ship much faster. Thanks in advance for your patience!
