Although designed for the Leica screw mount system there are plenty of adapters out there to allow this wonderful lens to be mounted on most D-SLR, Mirrorless and Micro 4/3 systems, see some examples below:

Cosmetic Condition: "Ugly" with various indications of use visible throughout.
Operational Condition: "Good" focus action a little uneven, aperture adjustment good and blades in great shape.
Optics: "Fair"  front and rear elements appear unblemished but behind front element there appears to be some kind of coating issue which can be seen with magnified inspection.  Not sure how bad this will effect performance but will probably cause flaring under the right conditions.
