If You Run A Tape Measure Around The Chest Right Under The Armpits And It
Is 40 Inches Then You Would Need A Size 42 Suit Jacket Or Coat.
The Reason Is That You Need To Allow The Extra
Couple Of Inches For A Shirt And To Be Able To Comfortably Move About.
Just Remember Whatever Your Chest Measurement Is Add 2" And
That Will Give You Your Coat And Suit Size.
