This Wrap around roller shutter door seal fits all standard 75mm 'T' bars. They only make 1 size of this T-Bar, if your door has a T-Bar then this will fit - please see the included photos an image. The T-Bar is an upside down capital ’T’ with a flat edge on both sides. This seal does not fir the ‘J-Bar’ with only 1 protruding edge.

It is quick and easy to fit and no fixings or sealants are required.
The Product & Its Purpose
The Roller Shutter Wrap-Around Door Seal is available in 8 lengths in variants from 1 Metres - 10 Metres and has a depth of 30 mm to provide a seal that bridges gaps between the roller door and the floor with a rubber kick out fin for additional protection.
The gap between a Roller Shutter and a floor is usually anywhere from 5-10 mm in some places as most warehouse floors are not perfectly level.
When the door is fitted square it can create a gap between the door and the floor. This gap needs to be sealed.
This Roller Shutter Wrap-Around Door Seal is designed to seal gaps of up to 30 mm.
The Wrap-Around Door Seal wraps around the T-bar on bottom sections of the roller creating a tight fit. The ‘u shape’ compresses down when the door closes, creating a tight seal with the floor. The bottom of the seal has an additional rubber kick out fin which helps to create a watertight seal preventing, rain, leaves, dust and debris from being blown under the door. This will keep the warehouse clean and dry and of course protect your equipment, products and tools from the damaging effects of condensation and damp.
Fitting instructions;
The Wrap-Around thermoplastic Bottom Seal, fits all standard 75 mm T-bar bottom sections of commercial roller doors.
It is very quick and easy to fit with no fixings/ sealant is required.
Just cut to length and then insert the back of the T bar into the rubber slot and then wrap around to fit the front of the T bar into the slot.
