Using 100% fibre and a multi-strand weaving process. This improves the lines abrasion and cut resistance. Great strength, smooth surface, abrasion resistant, will not twist, will not unravel, cannot be spliced. Used in low stretch applications. Coated with a special polyurethane. This makes this line more durable and longer lasting than regular uncoated products. This design is perfect for applications which are exposed to sandy or gritty conditions, like at the beach. Sand and other materials have a much more difficult path to encroach into the fibres and slowly degrade the integrity of this cord.
Melting point is around 800 degrees Fahrenheit (426 degree Celsius) and they have good UV resistance ability.
For outdoor stunt kite flying, single string altitude kites flying, power kites controlling. also can be used for fishing, cycling, outdoor camping, hiking, mountaineering and climbing and many other applications

The data of the strings' strength is from factory testing. But there are a wide variety of influential factors in practical use. Therefore, the suggestion from us is that for all kind of cords, the safety strength is around 20% of its original strength.
Black lines are slightly narrower than other colours due to different manufacturing process.
