Shipping Policy
- Please note that if your required item will not be in our Plano, Australia warehouse or in case of made-to-measure jacket, item will be sent directly from our overseas factories so that they could reach you timely.
Return Policy
Returns may be accepted for exchange only within 30 days of receiving item. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Postage and packaging charges are not refundable in any circumstances and the cost of return must be paid by buyer. Please contact us before returning the item in any case. Please refer to the sizing tables above before ordering, Buyer would have to pay the postage if need a replacement. We will not be liable for any wrong size selection. Payment Procedure
- We only accept PayPal payment directly or indirectly via credit card to ensure secure transactions. Bidding an item means to be bound legally to make payment
within 5 to 7 days of auction ending.
- In case of custom duty if required to pay at the destination country (buyer's country usually), we will not be responsible for paying any amount in this
regard, custom duty would be paid by buyer for item clearance at destination port (if required)
