She was created by N.S. Gustin Co - a pottery company from Los Angeles in California. The company was founded in 1958 and is no longer in business. I believe they closed in the 1980s but not entirely certain on the exact date.

This particular cat has glass eyes, so I believe she is on the older side. Some of the other ceramic cats made by NS Gustin that do not have glass eyes have more of a flatter face and body, this one is more 3D and rounded.

Her eyes kind of follow you around a bit like the Mona Lisa Effect!

She has a pink ribbon bow around her neck with a green leaf and pink flower, a little pink nose and pink on the inside of her ears and the same floral motif on either side of her. She is sitting upright with her tail wrapped around her just like real cats do. 

She is very cute!
