$0.93 shipping is always a standard envelope with your card sleeved and inside a top loader. 

$4.00 shipping is your card inside a sleeve, top loader, wrapped in bubble wrap and inside a bubble mailer. 

Free Shipping is for my more expensive cards (usually $50+) it includes your new card in a sleeve, top loader, wrapped in bubble wrap and inside a bubble mailer with no cost to you.
