Beautiful Vintage 1950’s BSA Cub Scouts Boy Scouts WOLF LION BEAR Plaques MCM. These are not the cheap plaster ones that are common. These are not hand made (unless made by a very talented craftsman). I'm not sure what they are made of. I don't think they are wood. Perhaps ceramic, plastic or plaster.
