Hiroshi Nagai
Born in Tokushima City in 1947.
After working as a graphic designer, he has been active as a freelance illustrator since 1978.
It features tropical and clear landscape illustrations represented by record jackets such as Eiichi Ohtaki's "A LONG VACATION" and "NIAGARA SONG BOOK".
His publications include CBS Sony Publishing "A LONG VACATION" (1979), "HALATION", and Shogakukan "NIAGARA SONG BOOK" (1982).
Eiichi Ohtaki's album jacket "A LONG VACATION" won a gold disc as an "album jacket special award" from CBS Sony. The style has established a unique position and has graced the record jackets of many artists such as Matsuoka Kanaoya, Hiroshi Fujiwara and Hiroshi Kawanabe, Kiyotaka Sugiyama, AOR compilation breeze series, Teen Runnings, ikkubaru, Sunny Day Service, and KASHIF.
