We strive to dispatch all orders within 3-30 days. However, please note that some of our manufacturers exclusively offer pre-order items, which require manufacturing and may result in extended delivery times. While we maintain a substantial stock in our warehouse, certain products may need to be pre-ordered. Kindly reach out to us before placing an order so that we can provide you with the anticipated delivery date and avoid any unexpected delays.

We utilize trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and, in certain instances, Postal Parcel Service, choosing the best network for efficient delivery. Every shipment is insured against breakage or loss, and we provide a Tracking Number that is promptly uploaded to eBay.

For returns, we offer a 14-day return shipping policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, it is the buyer's responsibility and cost to return the item in its original condition, including all original packaging. Ensure the shipment is fully insured to cover breakage during transit back to the origin.

In the rare event of an item arriving damaged, refrain from discarding any boxes or packaging. We require photos of the damaged item and packaging materials for insurance and shipping claims. We are committed to providing a refund or replacement if available. Please communicate with us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item, as it needs to be recorded promptly upon arrival.

IMPORT DUTIES:

Import duties and additional taxes, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility and may be charged by your country's customs office. Consult with your local customs office to determine if import duty fees apply to your purchase. We have no control over these fees, and we do not collect any funds for them.

NON-CLAIMED PRODUCTS: In the event that a customer fails to claim their purchased product from the shipping company due to refusal to pay customs duties or late submission of required documents to the shipping company resulting in the product being returned, TRE SKOR reserves the right to charge the customer for both the initial shipping fee and any associated return fees incurred. This policy applies specifically to orders that were shipped with FREE SHIPPING.

NOTIFICATION AND COMMUNICATION: We will make reasonable attempts to notify you regarding the non-claimed product before implementing any charges. Notifications will be sent to the email address associated with your eBay account.

CHARGES CALCUALTION: Charges will be calculated based on the shipping costs we paid and return fees incurred by TRE SKOR for the non-claimed product.
