Description

The amethyst belongs to the quartz family, has a hardness of 7 and
is worshiped by almost Allen peoples.

The name comes from the Greek "Amethystos",

which means "not drunk".

Said healing effect on the body

The amethyst is said to have a calming effect on nerves and the heart and to improve the ability to concentrate. It is also said to help with migraines and stress-related tension. Placed under the pillow, protects against nightmares and ensures peaceful sleep. The connective tissue in the skin is said to be activated by the amethyst, which helps the skin to store moisture better.

Said healing effect on the psyche

Amethyst strengthens faith and helps its wearer to judge and act more justly. The amethyst strengthens honest friendships, drives away false friends and stimulates the imagination. It should also protect against learning difficulties and test anxiety. With their calming radiance, amethyst druses give more warmth, security, harmony and family togetherness.

Care:

Once a month the amethyst should be cleaned and discharged under lukewarm running water. Never charge amethyst in the sun, but in a group or cluster of amethyst crystals.
