Some CD discs do have some scratches and swirls but play. Withering to Death has quite a few scratches but played each track when I tested it. Uroboros both discs have a ring around them. It's hard to photograph so please look at the pictures carefully. The CD pamphlets are in great shape. CD Covers have some normal age/wear on the corners but it's limited and no tears.

Uroboros is signed by 4 members (3 on front, 1 on the back - see picture) in silver sharpie. It had an extremely limited US online pre-order in 2008.
